We are a family owned and operated appliance service business repairing household appliances such as refrigerators, dryers, and ranges in the Charlotte metro area for over 25 years.

Where do you offer service?
We offer service to the Charlotte Metro area. This means we service all of Mecklenburg county. We also service select cities and towns around the outskirts of Mecklenburg county line including {list of towns, city names here}.
How much does a service call cost?
Our trip charge to come out to your home and look at your appliance is $69. This will also go towards the cost of your repair.
Who are the people behind the company?
Mike and Jeff Mumpower are brothers, and the primary service technicians.
Lydia Mumpower, (Mike's wife) is the office administrator.
What are your technician's credentials?
Mike and Jeff are both factory authorized technicians. They both have been in the appliance service business for over 25 years. Detailed certification and other information is available by request : info@metrolinaappliance.com.
What are my payment options?
Upon completion of the job, or delivery of part(s): we accept cash, check, debit cards and all major credit cards.
